Provence Heirloom One-of-One Reconstructed Crochet Gown

A one-of-one gown reconstructed from an extensive collection of vintage doilies and crochet tablecloths, individually sourced and carefully assembled by hand. Multiple heirloom textiles were brought together to create a single continuous silhouette, allowing each pattern to retain its character while contributing to a cohesive composition.

The fitted bodice transitions into a sculpted full-length skirt, while the openwork crochet creates depth, texture, and movement throughout the garment. Large circular motifs repeat across the body, highlighting the craftsmanship of the original textiles and emphasizing the gown's architectural quality.

Created through the preservation and reconstruction of vintage materials, this piece transforms heirloom textiles into a modern garment while honoring the history embedded within every stitch.
